Mohammad Reza Dehghan,
Director of Crouse Research and Innovation Center, mentioned the Relationship
of Universities with the Company and said: Innovation in the industry needs to
create relations with automakers, part industry and academia. Currently
universities have received large-scale funds and refuse to cooperate with
companies, but apart from these problems, Crouse is currently working with
three universities: Sharif, Amir Kabir and Tehran to design advanced
components.

Referring to the task of
automakers in announcing solutions and having futuristic views, Dehghan stated
that the government should create a supply chain of parts and materials, and
should modify import and export policies, because part manufacturers follow the
policies of automakers. Therefore, the automakers must be different in terms of
science, policy, and direction.
The 8th Tehran International Engine Exhibition at SAPCO Hall has been held
for three days to present the capabilities of the part manufacturers in the
field of localization of technologies which need foreign currencies, from Feb
18-20, 2020. Meanwhile Crouse Manufacturing Company attended the event to show
new products in part industry to help production boom.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, conferences and gatherings were held
to upgrade the quality of the engine industry. Mohammad Reza Dehghan, Director
of Crouse Research and Innovation Center gave a speech at scientific panel of
the conference on New Powertrains and the Fourth Industrial Revolution and said:"Automotive
Industry in Iran started at the same time as China, but the results of
performance are different due to different policies of their government, automotive
and part manufacturing industries.
For current problems, Dehghan came up with solutions and stated: "Part
manufacturers must produce a product that the consumer wants to buy and that
requires a national will. All industry experts are looking to increase
production even electric cars, but firstly, the will and infrastructure needs
to be modified, and the deterrents or barriers should be overcome, monetary
policy in banking systems must be carefully studied to avoid trusts and to promote
competitiveness."
The Director of Crouse Research and Innovation Center mentioned the
relationship of universities with the company and explained: "Innovation
in the industry needs to create a relation among automotive, part manufacturers
and academia. Unfortunately, universities are currently receiving large-scale
projects and are not willing to cooperate with companies, but apart from these
problems, Crouse is currently collaborating with three universities, Sharif, Amir
Kabir and Tehran.
Referring to the task of automakers in announcing solutions and having
futuristic views, Dehghan stated that the government should create a supply
chain of parts and materials, and should modify import and export policies, because
part manufacturers follow the policies of automakers. Therefore, the automakers
must be different in terms of science, policy, and direction. All over the
world, the carmaker offers the concept car with the purpose of demonstrating the
capabilities in producing a modern, futuristic design and utilizing
ultra-professional technical capabilities but in Iran its totally different and
sometimes the path is the opposite and goes from part manufacturer to
automakers.
On upgrading the industry and make it smart he said: "The most
important factor for 'smartening up' the automotive industry is to create and
build the right infrastructure in this field."
